VIDEO: San Fran To Paris In Two Minutes, With An Aurora Borealis
By Mark Memmott
If you haven't seen it yet, and have 120 seconds to spare, we recommend watching SF to Paris In Two Minutes, a clever creation from entrepreneur/artist/photographer Nate Bolt.
It has, as they say, gone viral since he put it on YouTube on April 1 — in part because of the cool views of an aurora borealis that he captured from his seat aboard an Air France flight.
Bolt told ABC News that "I had no idea the northern lights were going to occur." He took about 2,400 photographs during the flight.
The northern lights are a popular subject for photographers, of course. Here's a restful video from Norway: Copyright 2011 National Public Radio. To see more, visit http://www.npr.org/.
