Undocumented Parents Struggle To Raise Citizen Children

In Texas yesterday, President Obama argued that America's current immigration system tolerates rule breakers and punishes rule abiders. He stressed the need for comprehensive reform. Harvard Professor Hiro Yoshikawa says four million children are born in the U.S. to undocumented parents, and these parents juggle particular hardships that hurt their children's development.
