'Tiger Cub' Is Blogging, Wants To Show She's Not A 'Mindless Robot'

For those who continue to follow the story of Amy Chua, author of Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother, and the daughters she raised with what some consider to be a harsh philosophy of parenting:

Sophia Chua-Rubinfeld, the elder daughter, is now blogging at New Tiger in Town.

Why is she doing it?

"When the whole world's calling you a mindless robot, you kind of get the urge to start talking! Even though 'Sophia' in the book is much more impressive than Sophia in real life. I think I'm sullying my impeccable image one post at a time, but so be it."
