Rain and storms are headed toward Kentucky. Most of the rain should fall Tuesday and begin to subside by the middle of Wednesday. But not before we could be hit by storms with high winds, hail and the possibility of tornadoes, according to the National Weather Service. But the weather on Thanksgiving should be ideal with sun and highs in the mid-50s and a high near 60 on Friday with partly cloudy skies.
