Record Land Transaction in Hamburg
Fourth Quarter Properties has sold the Lexington Hamburg Pavilion shopping center for a record $185 point 7 million dollars.
Owing outstanding taxes in several states, Fourth Quarter Properties filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in 20-10.
According to the Lexington Herald Leader, the property was sold last week to a partnership the Starwood Capital Group.
The retail center was developed in the 1990’s and is home to businesses such as Garden Ridge, Best Buy, Logan’s Roadhouse and Regal Cinemas.
The $185 point 7 million dollar price tag is thought to be the biggest transaction of its kind in Fayette County.
