Music Fest to Benefit West Liberty Tornado Victims
Four rock ‘n roll bands will take the stage next Saturday in Berea as yet another benefit for the victims of this year’s tornado in West Liberty. The event is being put together by Blackii Whyte. He’s the proprietor of the Blackii Whyte Barn & Grill.
It’s on a 75-acre farm with a 50 foot outdoor stage and a secondary stage. Just a few weeks ago 35 bands played over the course of 33 hours with the same intention but little success.
Blackii is hoping the 6:00 to midnight event on October 27th will have a better turnout, due in part to a Halloween costume contest and a cash prize for the winner.
The Monster Mash Costume Bash, for the benefit of tornado victims in West Liberty is next Saturday at the Blackii Whyte Barn & Grill on Battlefield Memorial Highway in Berea.
There’s information about it on Facebook. The music, by the way, is from the Lexington band, Lucid Grey.
