Kentucky State Police Reopen Investigation of Former LRC Director's Document Shredding
Kentucky State Police has reopened its investigation into the document shredding by former Legislative Research Commission executive director Bobby Sherman.
The Courier-Journal reported Wednesday that there will be a new probe into Sherman's shredding of work documents.
Sherman resigned in September amid controversy over his handling of the sexual harassment scandal surrounding former state Rep. John Arnold, a Sturgis Democrat.
The reopened investigation will include an examination of the contents of Sherman's computer that state police did not examine during its initial seven-month investigation.
