Jury Recommends Sentence for Man Accused of Incest

A jury in Christian County convicted a 39-year-old man Thursday of having sex with a girl in his family. The jury recommended he spend 30 years in a state prison. The defendant, Francisco G. Rodriguez, will be eligible for parole after he serves 20 years, according to Kentucky law.
