High Gas Prices Fuel Partisan Senate Debate

Democrats say it's time to end billions of dollars in tax breaks for the biggest oil companies. Republicans last night blocked a bill that would have abolished those subsidies. GOP senators say it's time to expand domestic drilling. But today, Democrats are expected to block that Republican legislation. NPR's David Welna reports.
