Hewlett-Packard to Close Winchester Center

Winchester is losing a company that at one time was one of its largest employers. Officials with the Hewlett-Packard company in early December informed employees at its Winchester call center, located on Bypass Road, that it would be closing the center sometime this year. The closure affects about 150 employees.
