We're stuck with bitterly cold air until Thursday of this week and even then the high will only be slightly warmer than the freezing mark. But compared to the high temperatures today, Tuesday and Wednesday, Thursday's high of 33 will seem warm in comparison.

Tuesday's high will only be about 21 degrees but wind chills could make it seem like 3 below zero. Tuesday night will see a low of about 11 degrees. On Wednesday, we will probably see some scattered snow flurries with a high of 28.
By Thursday, the skies will become partly sunny with a high of 33, the weather service said. But we could see rain, snow and sleet on Thursday night.
Friday could bring a round of rain and snow with a high of 30. The weekend could see sunny skies with highs in the upper 20s and mid-30s.
