This program addition features legendary Pittsburgh jazz host Tony Mowod, starting at 10:00 pm Monday through Thursday nights, continuing until 2:00 the next morning.

Veteran jazz DJ John Lasanich provides the music from 2:00 until 4:00 am.   On Sundays, the jazz gets started at 11:00 pm, hosted by Scott Hanley.

These new hours of overnight programming are provided by Pittsburgh-based Pubradio Jazz, presenting what they describes as,  "An acoustic mainstream jazz service focusing on a strong lyrical sound, designed to delight both casual listeners and passionate jazz lovers."

Pubradio Jazz Music Director Dave Becker picked a random hour of our service, and these are the artists played: John Fedchock, Scott Hamilton, Clark Terry, Bob Sheppard, Gene Ludwig, Lois Deloatch, Arlene McDaniel, Andy Bey, Barry Harris, and Gary Burton. The hour before that: Rahsaan Roland Kirk, Houston Person, Walt Harper (w/Ray Brown), Melody Gardot, John Brown, Wes Montgomery, Loston Harris, Paquito D'Rivera, Modern Jazz Quartet, Bill Charlap.
