Another Record-Breaker for UPike

Students make their way to their classes for their first day of the fall semester at the University of Pikeville on Monday. According to Gary Justice, director of admissions, there are 1,246 full-time students enrolled this semester.
The University of Pikeville has begun the new school year with record-breaking enrollment numbers. According to Gary Justice, director of admissions, there are 1,246 full-time students enrolled for this semester. Justice said UPike will also have a record number of around 400 students participating in the dual credit program at the university. The program allows students that are enrolled in high school to earn high school credits as well as college credits.
