Evans Limestone Co. of Bedford, Ind., recently filed a lien against the Hopkins County Public Properties Corp. in Hopkins Circuit Court. The company is asking for payment of $38,394 for work it says was completed in April. Bonds will be issued based on the assessed risk of defendants.
