According to information received from the Kentucky Division of Natural Resources, James Nash, 48 of Speedwell, Tenn., was operating a D-11 dozer, which overturned causing him to receive serious injuries. Nash was transported by helicopter to Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, Tenn., where he remains.
